Aplicador de Mulch

The DUAM AM-2 Mulch Applicator is designed for the application of a plastic film over seedbeds or planting furrows to prevent weed proliferation and preserve soil properties and moisture. It is the ideal and special implement for good horticultural work.
Adjustable for the type of roll to apply, from 0.60 to 1.4 meters wide.
It has 4 arms with tines, adjustable in inclination and height. The first two remove the soil from the application line while the roller and wheels press the plastic onto the ridge or seedbed. These wheels, depending on the height and inclination of the ridge, can be easily adjusted in both directions. Then, the two rear tines place soil on the edge of the applied plastic, securing it to the ground.
It is also equipped with a support on the 3-point hitch bar to place a roll of flat irrigation hose and deposit it under the plastic during the same operation.
Its structural chassis in 80x80x4.75 mm tubing provides great longitudinal rigidity, preventing flexing when penetrating the soil. It can be configured for different types of situations, sizes, and heights of seedbeds quickly. It has a Category II agricultural 3-point hitch for tractors. 1
