The DUAM AV-250 orchard seeder/fertilizer spreader is a machine specially designed to fit in the space between fruit trees, vineyards, etc. It fertilizes laterally through a furrow close to the plant's root as the tractor advances. The two depth-adjustable tillers with interchangeable points create two furrows, one on each side, which, in the aisle between plants and through the electrically actuated dispensers (12 volts DC), the product is dosed in the line. Thanks to this dosing system, the Kg/Ha to be applied can be easily adjusted. 3 types of sprockets are also provided in the transmission of each dispenser, which serve to adjust the application density.
The machine has 2 highly durable injected plastic feeders, which, through hoses, descend into the furrow to deposit the product.
The chassis features a CATII agricultural 3-point hitch system and a bar that secures the tillers, made of 100 x 100 x 6.35 structural tubing, giving it great rigidity, as well as allowing you to quickly and easily adjust the width between furrows from 1400 to 1750 mm. The 250-liter hopper is made of 1.6 mm thick sheet metal, painted with oven-baked powder epoxy.
